Small, not noisy at all, doesn't work with skype.

If it were 30% bigger and 30% more expensive it would be worth it, but it's still a BIT better than a regular smartphone. Returned.

not much difference with iPhone built-in speaker and microphone

picks up a lot of background noise. The volume is not loud enough. There's not much difference to the iPhone's built-in speaker and microphone, other than the $100 price tag.

Best laptop for WFH and travel

I really like this little speaker and its compact size. I connect it to my MacBook via USB for daily conference calls as well as weekly family video dinners using multiple video solutions (Zoom, RingCentral, Spaces, FaceTime, Teams) and it works great. At the same time, I connect it to my iPhone via Bluetooth and can use it as a hands-free phone and switch between my MacBook and iPhone without doing anything. Excellent audio quality, but my device had audio dropouts and Teams sync errors.

The audio clarity on this unit was excellent, probably the best of several $100 speakerphones I've tried in my selection. make the device unsatisfactory. An A:B test with other devices revealed that the problem was with the Avaya device. Another nice feature of this device that backfired was muting with MS commands. The device recognized teams and vice versa. So if I muted the device, my mic would be muted in Teams. This was great, except when mute on device and in Teams sometimes didn't sync…
