Great Software - User Friendly And Customer Service

BackChart is a very user friendly software, it is very easy to navigate and the customer service is always there to help. I do not have any dislikes. I recommend BackChart to all chiropractic offices. BackChart is a great software to help run your office. It has all of the things you need to run a successful office. BackChart is perfect and affordable scheduling solution

The ease at which I can schedule my patients without having them wait for an appointment or pay unnecessary fees, especially when they are in need! As far as customer service goes - there really isn't anything too bad about it either way; however if i had any complaints its that sometimes things may take longer than expected (sometimes up 2-3 days) but thats not always their fault with this type thing being so new/small compared to other companies out here already established like ours has been

BackChart - Best Scheduling Software Out There

BackChart is the best scheduling software I've used. I love the ability to schedule appointments, see a list of everyone's appointments, and even see a list of all the clients I have scheduled. I also like the ability to send emails to clients. I wish there was an easier way to send emails to clients. Sometimes it's hard to know if they received the email. Excellent Experience Moving Over from Cerner

The easy to use interface, customer service has been excellent! We love that we can do our billing in-house without having to worry about how it will be processed after leaving the practice. I wish there was an option for more than one patient at a time so we could have multiple patients scheduled at once. It would also help if they allowed us to create reminders for follow up visits with some sort of pop out window or something similar. Our experience has been great since moving over! The…
