Great experience and very helpful support

I love that we can use ballpark for so many different things! It's easy enoughtfor our non technical staff members (i don't know how difficult it would be with tech guys) who are ableto access everything without having too much knowledge of IT systems/hardware etc.. The customer service has been great as well - they have helped me multiple times when there was an issue or something not working right which i couldnt figure out myself!! We're using this software mostly internally but also…

  • Easy to navigate, very user friendly UI / UX , good support from team at BPI
  • Fast response time if anything ever goes wrong ! Great value proposition compared other similar solutions like Quickbooks Online & Xero

Workday from anywhere is very good and easy

The ability for our office staff at home or out of town employees are able connect seamlessly with their account without having us come into work every day was great! It has been difficult implementing this system but they have done everything we need them too do so far!! Not sure what else I can say other than it's working well enough that its worth using now. Great product overall when used correctly. We've had issues getting some devices such as iPads connected which required an employee…
