Intuitive platform for managing multiple utilities

I like that it takes care of all my accounts in one place! It's easy enough so anyone can use without having training; however if you don't know how account statements work there are online tutorials available as well with helpful videos about each function/option (which also link back into their site). Once an error occurs within your utility bills this isn’t immediately reflected throughout ALL transactions which would be nice but still manageable once figured out through research from…

Banner software has been a great option for our company transitioning from legacy system

I like that this program can be used in conjunction with our current billing system as it has been an easy transition since we are using Banner Financials already! Also there have not really had issues so far but when you do run into problems they usually respond quickly (usually within minutes) which helps make things easier at times!! Overall its another great option out of many available options if your looking towards switching over from legacy systems such us Xactimate etc.. No…

Great software, quick payment process

I like that you can easily add new items onto your bills without having to change the code every time. It's easy enough to use so most people don't have trouble using it. I don't think there are too many things about this program but if I was looking for something specific then adding an item would be easier than finding one somewhere else.
