It arrived today, and when I started to inspect it, everything appeared to be OK except the FM radio. The mode activates and goes silent. Nothing is helped by scanning or manually entering data. Later, I learned that the Chinese had stopped delivering walkie-talkies with radios, if only to beg for older batches to be sent. Nonetheless, it is disappointing that what is claimed to be on the market is actually not; they were mislead. The transmit button on the headset, which does not function…

Pros
  • finished set; transmit and receive functions.
Cons
  • The button on the headset and FM radio are inoperable.

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

It's what I use to go paragliding. For the second year in a row, I've had nothing but success with this material. Reduced size, lower cost, and superior quality. There are two separate scales. Breaks "with a bang" at a visible range of 10-12 kilometers. If the flight director is broadcasting something and the wind is whistling in your ears, a decent speaker will ensure that you can still understand every word. It's possible that the noise suppression will "click" on occasion. For this…

Pros
  • Durability, aesthetics, and cost
Cons
  • Clunks in the background while trying to quiet things down

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

In their purest form, walkie-talkies are required to be registered and cannot be used by anyone who do not belong to the amateur radio category (due to too wide a range). But, if it is connected to a computer, you can disable all bands other than LPD or PMR, allowing you to use it as a walkie-talkie. But, you can only block the range for the radio that it came with. This will not be successful for fakes. You can tell whether something is a fake by going to menu item 38 (ponmsg) and selecting…

Pros
  • Affordable cost. Broad frequency range. The ability to listen to radio stations on FM. Flexible settings. Capability of reprogramming frequencies and other parameters on the computer if so desired (requires a special cable).
Cons
  • A multitude of forgeries. It seems that my walkie-talkie is tuned roughly 9ppm lower than what the display indicates. In the case of the PMR band, this difference is greater than 4 kHz; hence, when I select channel 2, I am in fact operating quite close to the boundary between channels 1 and 2. However what I have is only an imitation walkie-talkie, so the settings might be off because of that.

A great option for this money, one of the best offers.

Our Baofeng radios do not have very good quality control monitoring systems. I saw it on multiple walkie-talkies, and while everything seems to be in working order, there are some joints, such as non-twisted fixing rings. The native antenna may be improperly put together, as it dangles inside the plastic housing, and it is not "ah!" on its own. The flashlight "was" — the LED just protrudes — and the volume control is feeble. Do a slow scan. Covers and batteries may not be interchangeable…

Pros
  • There's no need for me to elaborate; it's all been stated. As a whole, folkloric and legendary)))
Cons
  • Not much more than a smidgen.

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Invested in for use while mountain skiing or hiking. She grabbed a bag of AA rechargeable batteries. Electron-exchanged niMH and NIMH batteries. Tangentally watertight. NA771 is an antenna. About $100 was spent overall. ==== To combat the native battery's fear of the cold, I equipped it with a battery pack and some Eneloop. This setup allows the radio to function properly even when carried in a backpack at temperatures as low as -15 degrees Fahrenheit. I haven't tried it in the freezer. The…

Pros
  • Price. Excellent value for the money. Power. A plethora of complements. There's a radio and a light that are both built in. The frame is made of aluminum. Resilient plastic. Regarding the scale. Glass charge port for recharging the walkie-housing talkie's and the battery separately.
Cons
  • The plastic housing may not have been perfectly aligned between its components, if that is where the problem lies.

Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!

This is the original "workhorse" walkie-talkie that the baofengs have based a slew of other models off of; some have more power, some have longer ranges, but the original type is still widely used today. A cover is necessary because it lacks the typical protection against moisture. Many add-ons are available, some of which convert the device into a stationary car radio. A unique cable allows for remote programming from a personal computer (sold separately). The "glass" receives power via the…

  • Functionality, usability, and cost
Cons
  • disposable plastic

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

When traveling with friends in the same general direction, for instance, I have often fantasized about the possibility of instantaneous, hands-free communication. Obviously, it's not like a distant radio station, and you'll have to get permission to use it. Getting started using it requires minimal effort. To achieve a finer tune, one must possess specialized expertise. Superb fidelity across a wide spectrum of frequencies. You may easily avoid listening to shkololo and harmonica aficionados by

Pros
  • Discounted rate of $1,450 per unit. Failsafe. In my experience, and that of other owners' writing, marriage is quite rare. With a regular antenna, you can get up to five kilometers of range. It's beneficial to have some independence. The frequency range is quite broad.
Cons
  • Simply put, no.

One of the best offers, glad I bought it.

Do not repeat my mistake, do not buy a walkie-talkie in shady web stores. At first, I let myself get enticed by the low price, and I placed an order for delivery. The walkie-talkies appeared to be normal; however, the communication range did not go beyond 500-700 meters; the battery was fastened very securely; however, even at the slightest touch of the key it flew off; the batteries sat down in 2 hours of operation while in the receive mode; the walkie-talkies were not functioning properly.…

Pros
  • Excellent radio that comes with a ton of extras. Work within two different ranges. The lower range has a longer range of work in the forest, reaching distances of three to four kilometers. Speaker loudness is quite nice. It is not difficult to locate any accessories. Include both short and long antennas, in case you need to make the device more compact in order to work with it on an airsoft site, or in case you need to increase the communication range while fishing or hunting. Short antennas are ideal for situations in which you need to work with the device in close quarters. It will be able to make friends with any other station thanks to its extensive frequency range and scanning function (well, except for the Sibishka, 27 MHz, of course).
Cons
  • Protection against dust and moisture of any kind is not particularly desirable. Hence, if you plan on working in harsh conditions, it is strongly recommended that you get a cover. A headset or a push-to-talk (PTT) button is useful for work when there is snow or rain. The volume control is made of cheap plastic, and I'm scared that if you press on it too firmly, it will snap in two. The accumulators run out of power very rapidly, yet there is still enough for a full day of labor.

The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

The original "workhorse" model, which served as the foundation for the development of a large number of various walkie-talkies produced by Baofeng; some of these walkie-talkies have greater power, while others have greater ranges; yet, this model is still considered to be a classic. It does not have the typical protection against moisture, which can be remedied by using a cover. This model is also compatible with an extensive selection of add-ons, some of which allow it to function as a…

Pros
  • Price, usability, and features of the product
Cons
  • inexpensive plastic

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It has some flaws but the product is usable.

It is impossible to produce an excessive amount of writing on the subject of the walkie-talkie because so much has already been written about it. To engage in recreational activities such as hunting and fishing, so that it would not be a waste if you were to lose it or break it - it will suffice. It is recommended that one invest a little bit more money and take it with a superheterodyne in order to maintain regular communication. On the deuce of the NA-771, the record for audibility is 120…

Pros
  • inexpensive and compact
Cons
  • Receiving signal via direct conversion comes with all of the associated drawbacks. Hard, little buttons that are painful to the touch.

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

devices are very good! on the 58th 3rd band, a bunch of settings, connected with 888 by frequency, I checked the range from the 1st floor in the house and my wife walked the dog in the village, 500 meters limit. The 58th hears and transmits, the 888th is weaker.

Cons
  • devices are very good!

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Nothing unusual, normal product.

Its pros: Normal walkie-talkie for your money. Good functionality. Pretty reliable Has cons: The battery drains quickly if you use it all the time. After a few months, the charge stops holding very quickly

The quality is top notch and I recommend the product for purchase.

What I ordered is what I received. Delivered in 2 days. Packaging without damage. FM works well. I will investigate further. It's not bad to know the frequencies. I took it mainly for listening. To work in pairs, I will take more.

Pros
  • Fast
Cons
  • Haven't revealed yet.

Excellent product, the best quality.

Came a day early. Packed in no way, just a box in a bag, but everything is in excellent condition and nothing is wrinkled. The radio itself works great with no issues. By all indications, it doesn't look like a fake. There are a lot of instructional videos on the Internet.

Pros
  • Price, size, cute, a bunch of special stages on it for sale.
Cons
  • Haven't found yet

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

I registered with Roskomnadzor and confidently use it for all my needs. It is a pity that due to the circuitry solution it will not work with a more powerful antenna . But it is not particularly necessary for a portable radio station. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase and can safely recommend .

Pros
  • Not dear. Good power for hiking. Good functionality. Flexible replaceable antenna.
Cons
  • None at this price

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

I was pleased with the presence of a radio, a flashlight too +, the standard antenna went straight into the trash, it works fine in the mountains and forests, there are a bunch of cheap headsets and additional power. I recommend. I have been using for 2 years now. Has pros: The connection quality is excellent, the durability is good, and in general everything is super. Has some cons There is no 2022 language, but these are nit-picking) And so, there are no others.

Good value, best portable AV

Great entry level radio. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get into the amateur radio scene. This is a great basic cheap but quality radio to start with.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Reliable

Not 8W but plenty

This is not an 8W radio. Look, it's not a Yeasu or an Icon, but for the price, it's a solid little radio that works great every time you need it. Easy to use, easy to program. Get the best antenna and for the money it's a hell of a deal.

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Programming UV5R 8W

I ordered a pair of these and they arrived a day late which was fine with me. When they show up much later, it's annoying. Now for programming. I have been told that if I use CHIRP I will need to program them with a different radio designation. Okay it works but when you do that you can't access SETTINGS. If you program them make sure you tell the program it's a UV5R and download all the crap that's in there from the factory onto the computer and then program the radio in addition to that…

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Nothing here

Amazing value!

I love these little radios! I seriously wish they had CB radio. Not sure why. But they're still ridiculously expensive for something that's hardly popular anymore! But I digress. Good quality radio. This is my second. The battery life is much better than my expensive Motorola that I use for work! It appears to be sending and receiving normally. I'm not a techie who measures signal strength and all that. I cannot confirm this.
