Delivery arrived next day which was great because I showed the video to my niece and she loved it. The dollhouse is very easy to assemble. However, this was a step-by-step guide with picture, not reading the guide. I liked the pieces because they weren't too small, everything was big so I liked it and the patio with a parasol opened up. I liked the dollhouse as a whole, but I recommend you view it before gifting it. It was a birthday present for my cousin and I unwrapped it to build her a house. Since I was a big Barbie fan as a kid, I wanted to share this with my stepdaughter. She's seven and now she's in the world of Barbie.
