The top sheet is a different color from the bottom sheet, one is darker than the other. They appear to be from two different sets. The fabric in the description is listed as heavy. It's surprisingly thin when taken out of the box, and after being washed in cold water with fabric softener it's still a bit scratchy, not at all plush like thicker, premium flannel should feel.
