So far these little puppy shoes have been amazing! Our dog is 11 years old and we have tile and wood floors that she slides over. These shoes helped her a lot. The adjustable straps are great for keeping them on your feet.

I ordered two sets for my dogs to protect their paws during the Arizona summer heat. I followed the sizing on the product but it was too big. I've only worn them once on my dogs but they fell out of their paws easily when my dogs went for a walk. I recommend downsizing a bit.

Finally ankle boots with two straps and long enough on the dog leg so the boot stays on the leg and the dog can't kick it off while walking the dog. Go for size. My dog had a worn pad and walks more than 1/4 mile which resulted in him limping on the sidewalk. However, she walked in these shoes and they stayed in them for 2 miles. The dog will start walking on the sides of the shoe and you need to stop, adjust and tighten. However, all other short shoes do not stay!

The quality of these boots is definitely better than I thought! This is a neoprene-like material with holes to ventilate your dog's paws. In addition, the outsole is made of a rubber material that provides traction and protection from hot road surfaces. My area has a lot of sidewalks, so I need to protect my furry little one from the hot Texas summer! I really had to learn how to close my boots tightly. Once I figured it out, it was easy. And they look so cute!

They turned out surprisingly well. We bought 3 pairs for our 3 puppies, 2 adapted well and the 3rd dog unfortunately ate 2 of them when trying to take them off. I love these dog boots but I am returning the medium size and buying a size small as I think the size chart might be slightly different. I followed the directions and measured the rounded top of my dog's paw standing up and got 3.25 inches so I ordered a medium size but they are huge. However the boots are really good quality, made of nice breathable mesh material and perfect for desert summer. So I really hope that the little one fits him. These spats are just great for our collie! She weighs 75 pounds and I ordered a large one for her. They fit well and the velcro allows for easy dressing. They are very strong and durable and now that she has worn them several times they fit her paws well and fit her well. She has allergies and occasionally licks her paws, so I have two booties in the garage and two by the back door that I put on her front paws morning and evening when we take her for a walk so her irritated paws don't get wet .
