Great price! Long cable, high quality finish, good magnet for connection, fast charging and the ability to be attached directly to the wall with an additional bracket. So far, so good.

Cable length is great! My other charger often disconnected the section from the outlet into the box. It's not like this. I don't travel much, but if the cable needs to be long enough at a hotel, I just wish the Surface made some sort of adapter to plug into a cigarette lighter or USB charging port. I am very happy with this charger. There are no complaints about this charger.

I am very impressed by the quality of the charger, everything looks very good and well made, cable, charging head, charging plug, you can tell that they are made of high-quality materials. You also get an extension cord in case your plug is far away, which is handy and very thoughtful from the manufacturer! In general, the purchase is 100% satisfied and no complaints at all! :)

This is the 3rd charger I have needed in the last 3 years. The previous two were basically two cables connected through a center box (sorry, don't know the right terms). The previous two had tine problems in the center block. This charger also has two cords but also includes an extra adapter that plugs into the central unit so there is no movement which I think will make it last a lot longer. I am a very happy customer!

This power supply is robust and durable. I like the long plug for extra reach when you need it and the short plug when you just don't need the extra cable. This allows me to adapt to spatial conditions without having to carry an extra long cable. I have a slightly older Surface Pro 3 and this is a great power supply upgrade. The original power cord was 2ft to the power adapter, this one is 6ft which makes it better for me. The power block itself is one to two millimeters thicker than the original, but identical in height and width.
