Works as advertised - used once and a friend 'confiscated' them, they are so easy to use. They slide out so you don't burn your fingers or anything nearby. Large enough to fit two marshmallows on each prong. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe. they don't break. RECOMMENDED: Buy two sets.

These marshmallow/hot dog sticks are great. They are of good quality. I appreciate the cloth bag for storage and the plastic tips you can attach to the ends when not in use to avoid poking holes in the cloth bag. I also like the adjustable length. I recommend this product to anyone interested in quality roasting sticks.

Perfect for campfire use! They pop out wide, and the double prong is great for holding hot dogs (although we squeezed the prongs together so they don't spread that far), or better yet, holding two marshmallows at once. :) We've found that the easiest way to get marshmallows out of them is to soak them overnight; washed off the next day. I really liked this product. It is perfect for roasting marshmallows. I haven't tried slap dogs yet. I love that they stretch to reach the fire so my kids don't have to sit near the fire. Clean them, the rubber ends are burned. I have nothing against metal pong tips as an alternative which can burn your mouth. So if you're looking for a nice top-to-bottom set you might be concerned, but I'm not. It's just a little burned on the rubber table tennis tips but it's still there to protect the kids…

I bought these for camping and keep them in the back of our RV's kitchen drawer. They are strong when fully undressed and do not protrude when fully undressed. We have grandchildren and we love them because they reach quite a distance. Even if we help them, we don't have to worry about them getting too close to the fire.
