I like that there are many different features available to help me organize my time better, but still have it appear as if things can be done in one day instead of 2-3 days (I work fulltime). The layout is not very user friendly - some parts need extra clicks or scrolling just right for you know what your looking at/clickinhg! I like that it's easy to use, has many useful features for managing your business contacts (especially if you're into CRMs).
