This is a great replacement for genuine Dewalt filters. This is the only time I can say that sucks and mean it in a positive way.

So far so good. Proof comes after about 50 cleanings, but I can't see any noticeable difference between this filter and the OEM filter. Considering the DEWALT is around $40 and this one is under $20, I don't see how the performance will disappoint. Thanks to

I would like a replacement filter but the factory filter is expensive. The biggest problem is that the Dewalt filter is unique. The tabs have little hooks that keep them in place. This filter has hooks so it works great. The picture shows Dewalt and this filter. Can you tell which one is Dewalt? (Dewalt left.)

I brought these to replace the factory filters for the unit. Yes, they are washable, but use lukewarm water rather than hot as I've found it breaks down the material faster. Using filters is fine, but finer particles tend to reduce suction power significantly, and frequent shaking can slow down cleaning time. Otherwise they work as advertised.
