I like that it is easy to use, my friends know immediately when they receive texts from me. It's also very affordable compared with other texting apps or services. Sometimes you can't see who has sent you a message even if there are many people in your contact list. You need to manually type out each person's number so it takes time. It's easy to use, I can easily create templates for different types of texts (like reminder, welcome, etc). It is very customizable, I can customize all my elements, like font color, background color, style, etc. It's also very cheap, the free plan doesn't have many limitations.
