Marriage and the seller does not respond

I usually love these bags and order one by one. In the case of the last case I bought, half of the packages were defective. They have grown together and cannot be separated without tearing them apart. The Online Brands seller doesn't reply to my messages, so I have to throw away half the suitcase. DISSATISFIED.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • A little torn

Biobags are sustainable

These are the only truly biodegradable bags. They actually break down into organic products instead of just breaking down into small bits of plastic. The only downside is that they break down so well that they sometimes start right in the kitchen trash can if you don't empty it often. .

Keep these compostable items in a container!

Nobody wants to throw away or recycle leftover food, napkins, paper plates, but having a compost bin is a smelly affair. These bags changed the rules of the game. No mess, no stink and no leaking! The compost pit is clean and we sort better. My husband made a good hood for this purpose. All food-stained paper and waste is composted!

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • No form required

WISH I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS

Just read the review and don't know if it passed or not. I can only say that I have been using Biopackages for several years and I am very satisfied with them. The last suitcase I bought is unusable, the bags are like tissue paper and you can't even get them out of the box without falling apart, let alone in the bin. I expect a full refund for the entire case.

Pros
  • Enjoyable
Cons
  • Useless features

I have a bad pack of Biopacks

I have bought this item many times and have been satisfied. This time it looks like the bio-bags have a manufacturing defect (or maybe they've been sitting in a stuffy warehouse for a long time). Most pouches have an extra "seam" down the middle where one side has merged into the other, rendering them incapable of being left open and unused. Looks like a production or warehouse quality control issue.

Defective item

Our family has been using these compost bags in the kitchen for many years. I usually buy from my local grocery store, but for convenience I ordered a box of 12. Every pouch in every box was defective, either glued together or split in several places, or a combination of both. I ended up having to compost over a hundred of these defective bags. I've never had a problem with the same brand bought elsewhere so I suspect it was a defective lot that was sold cheap and then resold as intact. Waste!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable

Replaces many plastic household items

Goodbye bin liners and zip-lock bags! Instead of plastic, I now only use Biobag. It works just as well, but with one caveat - wet things will cause it to break down pretty quickly. So put wet stuff in a smaller bio bag and take it out right away, no big deal. The only downside is that it's more expensive than plastic bags, although not by much. When you factor in the damage to the planet, it's a lot cheaper than plastic. Another note: they are designed to process commercial food waste. They do…
