Worked great, a note

I found the orange splash guard and rear strain relief clip difficult to install, but otherwise the connector itself is very easy to install/connect and works great once I've done it. Definitely a good price for what it does.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Almost never

Line retaining screw broken

Everything went smoothly until the end when I tried to tighten the line retaining screw. The screw is screwed into the soft plastic body and with very little resistance the thread is stripped off completely. The cable relief design needs improvement.

Pros
  • One piece construction
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Well made, albeit plastic, but

This, of course, wasn't marked according to the standard wiring sequence that has existed in the US for decades and that we've always used on Class 8 trucks and trailers, and wasn't marked properly. , so I just inserted the wire of the desired color where it should have been.

Pros
  • a good thing
Cons
  • sparse instructions

Cheaply made, don't buy

This article is about price not quality. The large screw for strain relief does not have a mating thread on the connector and therefore cannot be used. Also, the wire connectors are too flimsy: I had to cut the wires to fit. I do not recommend this product and will not buy it again. I will order another replacement instead.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Very expensive

Excellent Fork Replacement

Replacing a fork that somehow (along with the wiring harness) disappeared from my trailer. 1 star deduction due to missing installation instructions. Luckily they had a chart in the pictures on the product page. After that I was able to connect it correctly on the first try. When you take out the center cord plug, it only comes back in one direction to ensure the cords are in the right place to fit the outlet. . It also has a set screw and clip design to clamp the wire harness to keep the wires

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Updates

BEWARE. The attached diagram is wrong!

What should have been 15 minutes, the work took about 90 minutes! The diagram showing the rear of the connector is wrong as the B-pillar connector bolt sticks out 180 degrees where it should show, rotating all the connectors 180 degrees from their actual position. Also Wong color codes. The taillights are brown (not green as shown in the picture) and the right turn signal/brakes are green (not brown). The chart on the web page is correct but not on the chart in the box. Overall the connector is

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember

Just installed and seems pretty good in terms of build quality - I expect it will work fine for a while. However, the connection illustration sheet shows two types of connectors, rear and front. BE CAREFUL. The front view shows the case rotated 180 degrees as it should be in order to align properly with the connector positions. The rear view is correct, as are the colors of the endings. The tabs are also too small for the #10 wire. I installed ring terminals on the #10 power and common…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Has been damaged
