It wasn't as good as I had hoped. First, there are multiple types of counter sizes, and I believe my counter size was not supported. The product was declared as NEW, I ordered and received 5 pieces. Each was defective - a part was missing, was rusted - non-functional.

He does what he says he will do with no problem. I've been using it for over a year, no problems. I think the negative comments on this product come from unintelligent buyers who find it difficult to read instructions.

Have the BLI-25000, a newer model than the BLI-24000 which seems to have had a lot of bad reviews. I went through the instructions to make sure I hadn't overlooked anything and installed it on my analog meter in about 10 minutes. I have an indoor display within 20 or 30 feet and I keep getting updates every 30 seconds.
