This giant curved knife is very sharp. Two large vertical side handles allow you to safely slice your pizza in a few simple steps. I love cutting lettuce leaves with it. A little metallic byproduct "cleaning strips" actually removes the onion smell from my hands.

Should have paid more attention to the size of this gadget. Almost too bulky/long to cut comfortably as you need both hands for proper cutting motion. For salads and vegetables in particular, I think a device with a double handle and a shorter blade is a much better choice.

Husband eats chopped salad every night while on a diet. He was tired of slicing the lettuce, so he ordered this kid. I have to say it came in very handy for Christmas with all the cutting and prep. Also ideal for other purposes, such as B. cutting onion, garlic, spring onion, carrot, etc. The ease of use relieves the wrist strain that sometimes occurs when I have to cut a lot of food.

After breaking my dominant/right wrist I was NOT able to use my regular knives because it hurt too much. Did some research and came across this recommended knife. This mezzanine is a great purchase! First because you can't match its decent price and the included lid (many don't include it!). The blade is honestly not the pinnacle of quality but for the money you pay it is definitely worth it and should last a long time with proper care! It's durable and has a decent edge that will get most work done. I haven't sharpened it yet so I don't know how it will sharpen but I don't think this steel will be too difficult but we'll see.
