Inexpensive adapters that look like decent quality for the price

Female "Rubbente" waiting. They were powered indoors and ran on about 3 watts of PEP from an old Kenwood handheld (the kind that weighs a few pounds, not a few ounces). Obviously these are long term connectors so it remains to be seen what the failure rate will be. BNC connectors are equipped with a center pin protector, which is a nice touch, especially since the center pins are usually quite small and fairly fragile. They cost about $3.50 for two, which is a lot cheaper than the $4.00 or…

Suitable for gender reassignment surgery

Here's what they say: UHF female to BNC male adapter. The BNC side seems to fit properly into the other BNC connectors I have and the housing rotates easily. The UHF side feels good too and they seem to work as expected!

Pros
  • Computers and accessories
Cons
  • I'm worried

great adapters for coax and QRP setups

ability to properly connect and operate equipment due to lack of connectors These adapters allow the use of PL-259 coaxial cables to connect instruments or transceivers with BNC connector, I only keep short coax jumpers on hand, so I immediately used one of these adapters on two jumpers, now I'm ready for any occasion

Pros
  • computer cable adapter
Cons
  • long standby time

Everything seems fine: computers and accessories

That's exactly what they say: UHF female to BNC male adapter. The BNC side seems to fit properly into the other BNC connectors I have and the housing rotates easily. The UHF side feels good too and they seem to work as expected!

Pros
  • UHF to BNC connector device, compatible with both BNC and UHF connectors, for connecting a PL259 UHF male adapter or a BNC female adapter (female).
Cons
  • Reliability

great adapters for coax and QRP installations

I use a range of QRP devices and other radio accessories - but the combination of connectors is always a problem - there is nothing worse than striving for portable operation and not being able to properly connect and control devices due to a lack of connectors. Adapters allow you to use a PL-259 coaxial cable to connect to instruments or transceivers that only offer a BNC connector. I have short coax jumpers handy so I immediately snapped in one of these 2 jumper adapters and now I'm ready for

Pros
  • Connectors: UHF SO-239 hole (female) and BNC connector (male), one side is UHF female and the other side is BNC male.
Cons
  • Periodicity
