My shelves arrived dented and scratched in many places, I was angry. I noticed two sets of holes that also didn't line up with the intended mounting points. And a typo in the instructions. I have a Nathan James bookshelf ladder that I love. When I first started researching ladder shelving with drawers, I was debating which brand to buy. Price was the deciding factor and the Nathan James drawer shelves are quite expensive and they weren't the color I wanted. I chose this shelf based on the color, the price, and the coupon. In the pictures they looked the same, the sizes too, but when I opened them they were clearly different from each other. The metal on this shelf is so thin and cheap.
