Scalpel and replacement parts are missing, leather or bread case. The recipe book is missing. Includes baskets/lids, bread rail and scraper only.

Does not match advert. This product comes with a shopping cart only. Tools that state they are included require you to order later and like and answer questions on Facebook to be approved for the tools they say are included. Nonsense, I hate companies that do this.

Excellent product. The bowl scraper is the best and the fabric for the inside of the basket works great. The baskets are beautiful and create a beautiful pattern on the bread. I love sourdough bread and am very happy with this purchase. This is a great product and I would buy it again. I sincerely recommend.

So much for such a great price and these are well made banneton baskets. I put off getting one. I even made a homemade version with a small sewn-on basket cover from a thrift store. But in this insidious quest for the perfect starter, we needed the original! And this one came with 2 baskets and other free prizes! We held a razor blade and now we have a fancy handle. We used a plastic scraper, now we have stainless steel! Highly recommended.

The Banneton baskets are very well made and seem to last a very long time. Follow the included simple instructions to clean them before first use and they are virtually maintenance free. These baskets leave a fantastic imprint on your bread and make it easier to rise. This was the first time I've made bread and used a proofing basket. It was really easy for a beginner like me. I was afraid the dough would stick to the lining, but with enough flour in the lining, it didn't stick at all. While I was washing the bowls by hand, only flour got on the bowls.
