Ideal for rough installations

Very easy to install. I used some bandages to secure the electrodes to a short length of 1/2" PVC pipe. Position them where I wanted the water level for start and stop and use a hose clamp to secure a 1/2 -"PVC pipe at the outlet of the sump pump. It's easy to set the beginning and ending water levels by sliding the electrodes up or down. I set them to run the pump for about 30 seconds. I've been using it since about 3 weeks with no problems.My sump is fairly shallow and all the standard…

Good customer service

I just bought a Hi-Lo Sump Level Controller for groundwater simulation use. The controller is used to regulate the water level in the reservoir that feeds the groundwater model. The water level in the aquarium is switched between high and low with the aquarium water pump. Initially, the controller didn't work properly; The pump shut off when the water level dropped below the high level sensor. I contacted the company regarding this issue and they responded immediately on how to fix the issue. I

A cheaply made device that will fail!

The product was purchased to be used with a household drain pump. Installation was pretty easy. The block worked normally for about two months, after which it failed. He did not turn off the pump and caused overheating. It was an old pump so I bought a new one. The same about a month later. The pump has been running for several hours with no water in the sump.
