Looks great. It's heavy and appears to be well made. The water is nice and cold and the compressor is not very loud. The hot water is really good and hot for making tea. So far so good, I've been using it for a month and a half and it's still working fine. I'll update along the way if anything changes.

No unpleasant or plastic taste. Very well built. Very hard and strong. I use with 5 gallon jugs and it's perfectly stable. Water is good and cold, hot water is hot. And it has a room temperature button, which I haven't seen on many others. It makes a little noise but not too loud. Very very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

This was my second tabletop water heater/cooler - the old adage still applies, you get what you pay for. In this case it's not much more and the unit works flawlessly, being virtually silent and very easy to set up for first use - as you'd expect from such a simple system. I paired it with a 3 gallon pitcher and anti-drip accessory and I love it!

I love this machine so much. When you first get it, it's best to clean the lines with hot water and vinegar and let it sit for a while, as directed for cleaning plastic. It has a slightly plastic taste at first, about half a bottle or less. After that great car. Very cold water, very hot water. I also love interwaters. Cold enough to drink. Would recommend this car to anyone. worth your money.

I love this product! That's exactly what I wanted. I wanted to increase the amount of water my family drinks and I love drinking hot tea every morning so this Brio works GREAT! It worked great. I use both cold and hot water. Cold water comes out warmer than water from the fridge, but it's ready to drink straight away.
