Yes, a bit oily on first use. But not as greasy as Aquaphor ointment and not much worse than extra moisturizing hand lotion. In any case, it is best to use it in the evening before going to bed. I suffer from anxiety and when my cuticles are dry and my skin feels hard, I pick and pull all the time. Bleeding occurs in most cases. I discovered this a few weeks ago but then lost it, just wait.
