Almost Great, But in the End Mediocre.

It's rare that I write a review of any product, and if so, it's only to warn suspecting customers that there are issues. I purchased the Cablz Zipz Eyewear Retainer in the hopes that it would help me keep my eyeglasses on my melon sized cranium. I liked the fact that it was fairly concealable as I was wearing this for work.Initially, the Cablz worked well, but over a fairly short period of time the temples from my glasses started to slip out the rubberized attachments. Great concept and decent execution and ergonomics--but honestly--do yourself a favor and check out Croakies copy of this product--the "Croakie ARC Endless". I've lived with both and MUCH prefer the Croakies adjustable cable retainer system.Croakies cables are more narrow and light, and the adjustment tabs are much smaller and slide much easier--almost as if they are lubed and have power-steering as opposed to the clunky and hard to move tabs on the Cablz. I love these! I bought a pair

I love these! I bought a pair, lost them and just bought another one. I did not know revain had them so I bought them from the fine folk in Alabama (the actual company) - sorry, Jeff.I'm not a fan of the Chums or any of the other brands one can buy virtually anywhere.These, however, I highly recommend to anyone looking for rock-solid retention.Highest marks to Cablz!
