The best part of this app, it's that I can manage all my campsites from one place! It makes everything so easy for me to keep track with our campers in each location as well their needs/wants while staying at these locations too!! The simplicity, ease of use to create campsites, even at scale was far superior than what I recall from previous iterations which were clunky with too much tech required for entry level tasks like adding sites or billing users/groups etc. There's also some nice features such as mobile apps but it felt we needed more options in terms of customization to address our unique requirements better (ease-of-use issues). I like that you can easily manage your equipment, reservations etc from one screen! It's very easy to use for both staff as well our customers when they are in need of assistance or information about their campsite/campsites services with us - it gives them all relevant info at once without having multiple tabs open which would be confusing if there were many people working together (especially important during busy periods).
