Buy it you will love it

I bought this camera after reading many reviews and watching YouTube videos. I wanted something portable that I could take to conferences and events wirelessly, or set up without a tripod or stabilizer. This camera is really amazing and reliable model. Photos are sharp and clear, video and audio quality is amazing. The front microphone picks up sounds surprisingly well. Files transfer fast, charge fast. I have an extra battery and only had to replace it after a few days of use. It's really good

Pros
  • Great design
Cons

Another great Canon camera

My first digital camera was the Canon PS S100 Elph. Good camera for the time. С тех пор у меня было несколько камер серии PS A. У Elph 330 есть функции и возможности, о которых мой первый Elph даже не мечтал, и они намного превосходят любую из камер серии A. Качество изображения с фотографиями отличное как в помещении, так и in the street. The video is in high definition and you can zoom in while recording the video. Restoring between flash images is fast and zooming is very smooth and durable.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities

  • Some little things

Frustrating - Point and shoot digital cameras

I've always used Canon cameras, my latest being the Powershot A540, a solid camera for its time. Last year I decided to upgrade to this device and after reading the reviews I decided it would fit the bill. While the camera took some brilliant shots, I have three main issues that make using the camera annoying. There is a serious battery issue, when I plan to use the camera on vacation and make sure it is fully charged before using, I experience a total failure. The display says "Charge battery"

  • Few competitors

BIG CAMERA AND EASY TROUBLESHOOTING.

PROBLEM SOLVED and still a great camera. I bought the 330 in November 2013 and had no problems until Valentine's Day 2015 in Thailand. I got the 'charging battery' screen which canon recognized as a major defect (they will exchange them for 340 free of charge) and give it a try. again during a recent trip to Europe. I was sad because along with the battery charging screen I also got a memory card failed error. It all happened on our first day in Portugal and I was forced to use my phone to take

Very happy so far

I've had an SD1000 ELPH for a long time and I've always liked it. very reliable and functional point and shoot camera but it is getting old and tired. Bought this camera as a replacement. Most of the other reviewers have already covered most of the pros and cons so I won't reinvent the wheel, but overall I'm very happy with this camera. It has the same functionality as my dear old SD1000, with a number of significant improvements. Full Auto mode is impressively smart, selecting…

The best compact camera money can buy.

This is my second Canon ELPH camera, it replaces the ELPH 100. The pixel count is the same but I would like an extra zoom and Wi-Fi. The batteries last a long time. Over 300 shots and 12 short 1080p videos recorded in 3 days, charged every night, but the battery indicator showed almost full charge all the time. So I'm guessing 100+ photos a day with no noticeable battery drain. Extra batteries (for those who shoot a lot) can be found here for less than cheap. $15 for 2 AND an additional…

All in one travel camera

This ELPH 330HS was bought to replace a Canon PowerShot A540. The 330HS is a good travel camera. My wife uses it as a soap dish; She likes it because most of the controls are similar to those on the A540, which she is familiar with. It's also half as thin as the A540, so it fits better in your purse. I like it for its programmable features, 10x zoom and low light sensitivity. The latter in particular is a handy feature as I often shoot in natural light. (Note, however, that low-light…

Next Generation

I've just completed a long test drive with my new Canon PowerShot ELPH 330 HS camera. I learned a lot about it and will share my learnings as clearly as possible. You should know that I have far more digital cameras than any person should have. My years of experience with them has given me some confidence in talking about the Canon ELPH 330HS. This is my second Canon camera. I also have a Canon PowerShot SX230 HS camera which is similar in many ways. I am an avid amateur photographer and my…
