This assembly is very well done. I've seen pictures of (poor) copies showing the hollow part of the barrel failing and shrinking. I had no problems with the Honda B18B head, although I had to remove both end cam covers - I wish the end brackets had a little more clearance. on the hole slot so I can use the two inner cam covers which would make the job easier.
