Unlike most, we didn't buy this for windows. We have an uneven floor in the shower so there is a puddle in the corner. This scraper is long enough to push water down the drain until we fix it. I'm 6ft 2" and don't need to bend and the grip doesn't come off easily so minimal tightening is required.

Arrived broken in the plastic case near the head. This was because it was packed in a box with a heavy object. While this isn't the manufacturer's fault, he did point out that this is a weak point even with normal use. If the metal handle could be pulled out and attached to the metal head, the connection would be much stronger.

This product is too expensive for what you get. It works well but it's small (8" head) and the extension cord controls (for lack of a better term) slip during use. I use mine not only on the windshield but on the grill to get rid of the bugs... .and that's where it really slips off.After I bought this one I saw a better one at Walmart for the same price ($17.97) and it has a 10" head and is 47" to 96" long. Based on that it should this cost less.

I have a large van that I have converted into a camper van. When traveling, I found it difficult to wash the entire length of the windshield with small gas station mops.
