my dachshund loved this thing, despite his clumsy body. He gets pretty nervous at the airport or in restaurants so I throw him in this sucker and he's a mini zen pup.

The harness is not adjustable enough to even reach waist height! My dog is only 5 pounds and doesn't have enough space or comfort! IMHO waste of money.

My Miniature Pinscher puppy is only 2lb 2oz. She loved rolling around here with a blanket and a toy. She is able to hang her head and watch the world go by. She can also crouch and fall asleep when she is tired.

I was looking for something for my small 2.5 lb dog. Everything seems too big for her. That's great. I think this will work well for a dog under 4 pounds. Soft enough to be comfortable and strong enough to make her feel secure. If you have a dog that likes to jump out, this may not be the best choice.

Very well made. It takes a bit of tweaking to get it right, but it gets easier and easier after a few uses. I would like to make a suggestion: Please add a plate on the flat side of the webbing for the seat belt to pass through. Durable nylon and taped seams. Pockets are a plus. My dog is 12 pounds and he was roomy. I had to fully tighten the shoulder strap so the dog was at thigh versus thigh height when walking. My dog has a torn anterior cruciate ligament and cannot be operated on for health reasons. The dog has been comfortable riding in the sling and loves that it can be turned on while walking my other dog who is a great walker.

This is of course a preference. I have a three pound Yorkie and the bag for her is huge. The bag is huge for me. I am 5 feet 4 inches. If I put on a bag with the shortest possible straps, it will hang below my waist. It's a messenger bag, that's what they do.
