After about 5 years of little use this fan started to have horrible wobble that was not responding to blade balancing. I was able to trace it back to 4 rotting rubber bushings securing the blade ring to the motor. Casablanca (Hunter) informed me that this was a "non-exchangeable item" and that they were out of stock.
