I use them in my RV to hang hats and jackets without having to drill holes in doors and walls. I can also hang my bathrobe on the closet door and it's easy to grab. I've tried gluing in non-slip rubber inserts so they don't rumble as much. I haven't found the exact match yet.

I bought these to hold our beach towels in the pool between dives. We've been reduced to an apartment and we don't have many towel rails.
