I like how easy it was for my staff members who used this platform during their shift time, they were able to keep track of what orders are coming in from our clients as well as being updated when food items run out or any other issues arise while working! This helped us be more efficient by not having to call each client individually about order status every hour which could have been very tiring if we had too many calls at once (we're running an office). The layout also seemed really outdated
