Very helpful and quick to respond service

The support team was very helpful with all questions that I had. They made sure my printer was set up correctly and were always available when I needed them. Sometimes it would take some time for the support team to respond but this was not an issue for me. It was great to have a service provider that was so efficient. I wish there was more options to customize the software to meet my needs. We had issues with printers not printing properly and sometimes taking a long time to print. I also had

Great Customer Service along With Fast Response Times

The benefits that I have realized are the speed in which we receive our printers back from repairs. This is especially important when printing financial reports or other sensitive documents. There are some aspects that I dislike about CDW but overall we are happy with their services. I am not familiar enough with CDW to say what they do better than others. However, I would recommend them for their pricing, support and quick turnaround times for both printers and consumables. We use them for…
