🌸 Assorted Spring Assortment by CENTURY SPRING Review

I ordered an assortment of springs from ASST #1 which arrived very soon after ordering. My problem is that I needed a torsion spring for a parasol handle and the product image showed a selection of different types of sprints including torsion springs. The item I actually received was in stock but they were all compression springs. This must be reflected in the photo and/or in the product description.

Not a bad choice of springs, I've had a lot of compression springs and a few extension springs, the choice of compression springs was actually pretty good, I got some pretty good heavy duty ones will be useful. I was hoping for torsion bar springs but after reading the reviews I wasn't expecting much. However, I also received a large number of bent, damaged and broken springs. I am working on a 3D printer project and need compression springs for various parts. In this collection I could find nibs for one of them fairly easily and for less than a set of 4 I would buy them on ebay or elsewhere. I need the other part because I need 2 identical ones that have a fairly high spring rate (stiffness) but aren't particularly large, about 1 inch long. In this collection I found 1 that will work.
