I have been using this power supply to power a charger to recharge LiFePO battery. Since it is rated at 5 amps I thought it would do a good job. It worked for several hours at 5 am load, but quit, putting out no current. I replaced it with a new charger but limited the charge rate to 3 amps. This charger will put out rated current for a short time, but should be debated for extended use. Seller honored there warranty and refunded the purchase price of my replacement unit.

Bought this product to fit on an Elegoo Mars 3D printer, which uses a 2.5mm adapter. This products has an adaptable DC port that fits such port perfectly. My printer has been powered for several hours since the purchase of this power adapter and had not experienced any problems to this date (over a month at the time this review was written). Purchased this item to replace a Computer Monitor power supply brick that had failed after many years. Output voltage was just what I needed, and the output current ( amps ) rating was more than what the original power supply was rated at ( a very good thing ). The included universal adaptor ( with 2 screw connections ) worked out great for me. It allowed me to snip and connect my original monitor plug wire to it, which made the connection to the new power supply, plug-n-play.We're now back up…

The item from my view makes a big clame of a 5A supply in a small package it was inexpensive enough where i took a chance, and if it failed i wasnt out much.Long story short it is holding up to the load im putting on it, look pasted the photo but the power supply is proving constant power to some lights that i installed as part of a DIY project i took on i was so please with the results i bought more and from the same seller.

I got this power supply for some non flexible LED strips i bought here on Revain, and they were rated for 12V, but at that voltage, they were getting extremely hot. So i started searching for a 9 Volts power supply to see how it would work with these LEDs, the result was equally bright, but zero heat with this supply. I connected a bunch of strips to the power supply, and it powers them great, without dimming. I recommend this unit for anything rated at 9 or even 12 volts.
