I like that you can use it online or offline, so no need to install software if your computer is not connected with internet! It's easy for employees who are new in our office because of this feature :). They have good customer service department which help us whenever we face any problem related security & privacy settings etc. There should be more features added into their product especially cloud storage space management (for example Dropbox) as well other useful apps such as Google Drive…

I like that everything is centralized in one place, so it's easy to see all of your check-ins for any given employee at once! The layout could be more intuitive - there are multiple tabs you have to click through before getting what information you need (e.g., Employee Info). It would also make sense if they added an option where we can send our employees directly from this portal instead of having them go into their software first.
