Almost ready for napkins

I purchased this towel after watching the seller video and I can immediately say the towel is good and does what it is advertised to do. . .nearly. One towel will likely dry a mid-size car as advertised, but if you have a full-size luxury sedan, you'll need more than one towel to dry the entire car. At the same time, it is soft, easy to apply to the paint surface and removes water from the car very well.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • No color required

Doesn't even deserve one star

I buy the vast majority of my car care products from Chemical Guys. This is by far the worst Chemical Guys product I have ever purchased from their website or from Revain. There is nothing I didn't like about this towel! Yes, it's big and soft, but it doesn't dry the car. If you're looking for a standout drying towel, I recommend Griot's Garage 55590mPFM Terry Weave Drying Towel. They're expensive, but Revain costs $35.98.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • A number of factors

Large thin towel

Large towel but appears to be thinner than pictured. The 25" x 36" Cobra towel is the best deal, so skip this one. That's overpriced. I will only use it in the shower and hope it lasts as long as the other cotton brand. I've tried other Chemical Guys towels and I think they've all been fine except for this one. Chemical Guys' Wooly Mammoth at the same price seems to absorb water better and is thicker, although similar to the Cobra 530.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Renovation

Ideal for car care and woman's curly hair

Ideal for car care and your wife's curly hair. I originally bought these to dry cars without scratching them, but my wife nicked a few for her curly hair. Obviously, it's better to "iron" long curly hair with microfiber than to dry it the traditional way. These towels are great for both tasks. The undisputed leader in microfiber is Costco's Kirkland brand - they cost about 60 cents for 12x12 towels and are almost disposable. However, if you're looking for larger or higher quality towels, dry…

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Very disappointed. I thought it was very soft

Very disappointed. I thought it would be very plush, but it's about as thick as my regular microfiber towels, which I buy in a pack of 48 (maybe a bit thicker, but not by much). I also thought it would be bigger. I know the measurements are in the description but I didn't take my tape measure off to post the actual measurements before ordering. This towel absorbs water quickly and cannot dry the car completely. It's definitely a lot smaller than any bath towel I've ever used. , although…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other options
