This starter flywheel provided smooth and consistent starts for my high-performance car. The durability of the product is impressive and I could tell it was built to last. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey compared to other options in the market. Nonetheless, the peace of mind knowing that my car can get speedy start-ups is priceless.

Happy with the purchase, the screws are perfectly tightened. Can't beat the price and seems to turn my 396 BBC over with no problem especially when the engine is hot.

Went to several starter parts stores and none fit. But they only ask for the engine size, you didn't have a gearbox. Chevy in the 73-87 era has two different sized flex plates depending on the transmission. This is for the smaller 153 tooth flex plate. The best way to tell if the bolt hole is what you want is to look at an old starter motor. If they are misaligned you will need a 168 tooth flex plate starter. I have screws and gaskets with me.
