The most helpful feature is that it allows for multiple people in one organization/company with different email addresses or names all be tracked within 1 system! It's not always intuitive but there seems like they're working hard at getting this right now so its improving quickly!! I like how customizable it is for each organization type we have in our church! The only thing that was not great about this program when first introduced by another vendor (wasn't as nice) but they improved upon their software over time so now everything works perfectly fine!! You can even customize what fields show up depending if its an individual or church donation vs corporate/foundation etc..
