Does not support monitor or USB port connection when disconnected. I've had extremely inconsistent results with three laptops and one desktop connected to different video types (all 1080p), including Displayport, VGA, and HDMI, using non-HDMI adapters. Sometimes the computers woke up, sometimes they had a mouse and keyboard, sometimes they had video, there didn't seem to be a pattern. It seemed to work with my desktop, which helps me a bit in this scenario. Returned.

I've been looking for an HDMI enabled KVM/Switch and was wondering about the price. However, it had the features I needed and I trusted the good reviews and was not disappointed. I want to like KVM but after a month I found that swapping the inputs causes the mouse and keyboard to freeze. After playing around with this, I found that it stops when I disconnect and reconnect my USB mouse and keyboard. I've tried this with many different keyboards and mice. I think it has something to do with all the devices being registered at the same time on the computer you're switching to. It's pretty annoying, but it still "works". Just not the way it should be.
