Cloud 9 is OK at keeping contact info

I have been using cloud9 since 2013 when it first came out but only in 2019 did we start seeing improvements with adding new features. The support team also improved quickly as well. It's not bad if you want an easy way for your staff to do appointments and keep track of what they are doing during those visits but don't expect too much from the program other than that. Notifications between our office and patients can be tricky sometimes so make sure everything works right before going into…

Convenient and Mobile: Cloud 9 Ortho

I like the ability to use the app on the go. I also like the ability to access my files from anywhere. I dislike having to log in every time I use the app. I would like to be able to access my files without needing to log in. I also dislike that I can't upload my own photos. I would recommend using this app for the convenience of being able to access your files anywhere. The ability to access your files from anywhere is a great benefit. I can access my files on the go without needing to log in.

  • It has been convenient accessing documents while out or away form home/work office, as well as uploading pictures directly into cloud9 orthodontics website with ease! Also it's very user friendly interface makes things easy!!!!! :) :D.:) ;).........and all you have doe sis just sign up an account..it was so simple !!!!! And now i'm excited about sharing

Easy process from patient perspective

The ease of use. It was easy for our staff to learn and navigate through the program. I wish we could have used it for appointments, billing and scheduling. Sometimes that would be great but not always. We had great success with our patients and I think it was partially due to the ease of using this app. I can't say enough about how easy it was to get started and how well the program worked. Patients were able to upload photos or show us before they came in for their appointment. The time saved

We switched from another software and couldn't imagine going in any other direction

The ease with using it! I can log into my patients' information without having them come back later or waiting until after they leave work each week (which sometimes takes hours). Their support team are quick to respond whenever there's an issue as well; no need to call multiple times before someone gets around to helping you out - just one email will do instead!! There might be some minor glitches here & there but nothing that would make me want not use C9 anymore if i were still working…

  • The website isn't as user friendly as you would expect, it's a bit outdated and it doesn't have all the same features as the app
