Great CRM tool when paired well with other tools

The ability to set up campaigns, run reports and view results makes this software easy for our team to use. It would be nice if there was an integration with Salesforce or Zapier so that we could pull in data from Salesforce leads into Cloudtask. There are some features such as adding fields/questions that I wish were more customizable but it's not too difficult to find what you're looking for once you know where they are located. Creating new forms has been very simple thanks to their support…

Great Solution and Easy To Use - But Limited At This Time

The automation, reporting capabilities are great! I love how easy it was to set up my first account with them as well. It doesn't seem like they have any plans for future updates that would make their product more competitive in terms of pricing or features compared to other products out there (like HubSpot).
