Great Software, Easy to Use and Excellent Service

The user interface makes using this very simple; I can do everything without really needing training! We also like how easy they are at updating their software when new features become available (which happens quite often!). It's not always clear what is being monitored via GPS location data & we've had issues where there was no signal so couldn't send SMS messages from mobile phones but could still get emails sent out fine by email address - only just realised now after reading your comment…
