The ability to view multiple courses at once and see how many people are enrolled in each course. Also having a history of enrollment would be great! I like that you can create courses, assign them out as well as send people emails with links so they don't have to go back into their portal in order to access it. It's not easy to navigate sometimes but once familiarized its pretty simple. The platform itself has some issues - mostly related to how many clicks are required just to get around or do something basic (like logout). There were also several times where we had training sessions scheduled via our calendar which didn't actually happen…

I like the fact that Cognito 365 allows us to provide our employees with a variety of training courses, modules, and courses. The ability to have our employees learn from each other and from the best training providers is a great benefit. The interface and navigation is very simple and easy to learn.
