I love that I can have all of my invoices for an account in one system, rather than having to have them all in separate systems. The software is not user friendly (to me). The back end looks and feels like something from the 70's - hard to navigate, difficult to pull reports, etc. It takes too long to get everything set up and operational. We use CommPay at our main office, but are looking into adding it at our branch locations as well. It would be great if we could integrate CommPay into ourβ¦
