Great Rainfall shower

I ordered a ROVOGO Bathroom Shower Faucet System, Rainfall Mixer Shower Combo Set with Rain Shower and Handheld, Shower Trim Kit and Brass Rough-in Valve Included, Wall-mount Concealed Shower Head System, Chrome on May 13th and it arrived 5-7 days later.I am updating my review since the initial installation was done with a plastic connector by the contractor's plumber and it cracked as the weight of the shower head and the flow of water was too great! I reached out to ROVOGO customer support…

Not American sized fittings

When this was installed , we couldn't figure out why we couldn't stop the fittings from leaking. We contacted the seller and they promptly replaced with the correct parts for U.S. installation. Thanks so much for not holding up the project.Great Customer Service !

Lovely rain shower head!

Really love this shower head. We did not install it ourselves so I can’t speak to that part of things. It’s very pretty and easy to use.

Hard to adjust good for me

The hot water doesn’t seem to be working as well, like there’s a scald guard, but I can’t find how to adjust it. The installation process may prove to be challenging or require professional help, adding extra costs to the overall purchase!

Very good for the price.

It came on time and very well packaged. It looks pretty nice and was reasonably early to install. Do make sure to use a little more tape on the threads that you normally would. I think the threading it a little loose and needs a little extra to keep it from having a slow drip.
