These are nice quality hiking shoes, that are waterproof as well. That's important where I live since we got a lot of rain.I also travel to rainy places as well.These are well made and definitely a great deal for the price. My main issue is they fit a bit too long and a bit too wide for me. I think if you can get the sizing correct they will be a nice, budget friendly pair of shoes for easy day hikes, or even longer multi day backpacking trips.

I apparently made the mistake of ordering Size 8 instead of 13. With no one else in my life a size 8, I can only judge these based on visual inspection. They are well constructed with good materials. We like the color and the material & stitching seem very sound. The insole is soft but not squishy. The listing recommended that if your foot is wide, to get a 1/2 size bigger and that’s what we did. They fit great!

Shoe is basically OK except on wet surfaces (e.g., a boat deck). The tread pattern is a set of smooth blocks, which may be OK for rough and/or dry surfaces, but otherwise lacks any ability to grip.

Husband works in a construction field and has worn these shoes for months and they have not fallen apart. Normally his shoes only last two months or less. These are decent quality for the price point.

I've been hiking more lately and needed a new pair of shoes just for that. These are quite decent and look good too. The gray-yellow combo looks very action oriented and they are as comfortable as my usual sneakers. Good cushion on the sole.

These are a fantastic pair of hiking shoes, a little snug in the toe box but I always have that problem. They are definitely waterproof! I wore them while operating a pressure washer and my socks came away dry. The materials are all very nice the and they came with extra laces which brings me hope that the shoes themselves are going to last through the laces which isn't a stretch based on the feel of the construction.
