Type of review

This service has made it incredibly simple for us to manage our telemarketing campaigns. Being able to automatically record every phone call means we don't miss any information during the call and can easily access it later on. It was also great to be able to script automated follow ups to contacts which saves so much time when speaking to potential customers.I've had nothing but positive experiences from them and would definitely recommend this service. Pros
  • You can automatically record every phone call made through your own dialler (with no additional costs)
  • You can easily export recordings to mp3 files or save them straight onto your computer
  • It's easy to create multiple scripts to handle a large number of people and make sure you never lose track of any details of a conversation
Cons
  • If you want to send calls to international numbers you'll have to pay extra
  • You can do those yourself, but they cost money.

It has a great interface and excellent documentation. However, some things aren't explained very well (such as how to connect the Dialler to a phone system). Other problems: 1) You need to pay extra if you want to use the service when you're already paying for a phone line. 2) There's no way to add extensions to the number so you can still make calls to non-ContactPro numbers. 3) Call forwarding doesn't seem to work on weekends or holidays. 4) A lot of people don't answer their phones, even…
