Good product for me, I was satisfied with the price.

It's not a thermos! The first hour is straight boiling water, and then if you rinse with boiling water before the main drink, after 3 hours it is a so-so warm liquid. Heat loss through the lid, it heats up right up to the norm, it heats everything that lies around. The wide one is not comfortable to hold, my palm is quite large, the gloves are size 10, and this mug is not very large in size. Slippery horror, the place where you drink directly from it gets dirty, and a couple of drops of the…

Pros
  • Volume of liquid per cup. Mobility
Cons
  • slippery, Not comfortable to hold, wide neck Keeps warm, not hot The place of contact with the lips is dirty. Hot lid can burn you

I didn't see good quality, solid disadvantages.

Conducted an experiment, poured boiling water into this "thermo" mug and into the usual non-name thermomug. After 2 hours in Contigo the temperature was about 40 degrees. Noname showed 70 degrees. I also noticed that after pouring boiling water, the surface of the mug heats up noticeably, i. E. There is heat loss from the entire surface of the mug. Perhaps I got a marriage, I wrote about this to the manufacturer on the website, but received no answer. In any case, I can only use Contigo as a…

Pros
  • Nice shape and design, comfortable to use
Cons
  • Doesn't keep temperature at all.

A terrible product, not worth your money absolutely!

I took a mug in order to carry soups to work (mashed potatoes). But due to the characteristics of the mug, it was useful only for broth. Puree soups get stuck right in front of the drinking hole from the inside due to the fact that there are many different mechanisms and plastic clamps in the lid. Also, the cork that closes the hole is silicone and goes down, which also makes it difficult for the puree to flow. For liquids like tea, coffee and broth, it is suitable and comfortable enough to…

Pros
  • Holds heat quite well, 4-5 hours for a hot drink. There is a lock button to prevent pressing and opening.
Cons
  • Too complex and cumbersome button mechanism, which occupies the upper part of the lid from the inside, because of this it is extremely inconvenient to wash the lid (even if you use the built-in tilt function). The drinking hole is very small.

A good product at a good price, I advise you to try it.

I do not have exactly the same model and name, but a twin brother with Aliexpress. Most likely they are bought there, drawn by different labels and sold with us 2 times more expensive. Different pros: Beautiful design. Comfortable to hold in hand. An important feature - the drink can only be drunk when the button is held down. The button is released - it does not pour. On other models, you may forget to close the hole. Some cons: After a few months of inactive use, the lid began to scroll along

Cute Travel Mug

Bought for my husband as he is always on the go. The mug itself looks sleek - good for a travel mug! The lock keeps his coffee hot, and although he has to press the button every time he drinks, it doesn't bother him at all as his coffee stays hot. Cup, lid and lock are perfectly clean! The bottom of the mug is too big to fit all cup holders which is a shame. But overall we love it!

No insulation - manufacturer error?

I ordered one for myself and one as a gift for a family member. The lid is really waterproof with a nice design. I haven't had a chance to use a mug until recently - the mug I received is not insulating at all. My hot drink will be cold within an hour. This appears to be a manufacturing defect as other Contigo thermos owners I know have commented on how warm my freshly filled mug feels on the outside compared to their own. Unfortunately I'm just out of the return window - just hoping the one I…

Keeps drinks hot

Bought this for tea along with the Contigo West Loop Travel Mug, Greyed Jade. I don't drink coffee and this was perfect for loose tea. It keeps things so hot that sometimes I have to leave the lid open for a while to get my tea cold enough to drink! The easy-to-press opening button allows the mug to be carried with one hand. You don't have to rotate anything to sip a drink, so you can stand on the bus and still enjoy your caffeine easily on the way to work. I also found it fairly easy to clean…

Cups and mugs no longer leak

This is a very nice travel mug and looks well made. I familiarized myself with the simple cleaning system and even bought some bottle brushes to clean the inside of the lid. However, there are still areas that are a bit difficult to access, but I suppose it wouldn't be a problem if I used a dishwasher instead. Be careful with the first wash. I pulled the stopper/stop lever from inside the cap to make it easier to clean the cap with a small brush. When washing, the entire locking lever fell out…
