Excellent medium for traditional art

I am so in love with Copic Opaque White that I use it for all my traditional art, to add sparkles and highlights or even mix pastels with watercolors. Correcting mistakes in black and white drawings is even great. Even a little goes a long way and if it dries out just add water! I recommend this to all traditional artists whether you use copic markers, watercolor or other mediums. 10/10!

Be careful, this will damage the tips of your Copic Multliner.

I spent quite a bit of time drawing and had to put black lines on top of Copic's opaque white pigment. To my surprise, using Copic multiliners over white pigment (even when dry) kills the multiliners. This drawing that I spent so much time on is messed up, as are 6 of my multiliners and 6 other Pigma Micrometers that I used in an attempt to salvage this drawing. Be careful.

Great for highlights, blending with watercolors and more.

This is a copier opaque white that is not as harsh as whiteout and can achieve the same effects with a second or third coat. It even blends well with my watercolor paint (I used it when I ran out of white paint one day, I use Sennelier if you're wondering it's great for glazing and why I have the patience to layer). If you have the patience and want more accurate results than Blackout, this is for you. I've been using this stuff for sooooo long just to post. I used it in this speedpaint.

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Infinitely matt

Great for highlighting and adding pops of color to the background.

Copic's opaque white is perfect for highlighting eyes, lips and hair. You can add strokes of color with a brush and it's thick enough to hide black lines or blemishes. My favorite use for this is to mix something with water, dip it in a brush and paint it over my galaxy's background for the stars and constellations. It has the consistency of a very thick gel paint, so you'll need to make sure you shake or stir it first. If you want a thinner consistency, add some water to a small cup.

FALSE ADVERTISING!

The title/product name clearly says Copic Marker Copic Opaque White Pigment 30cc Jar THIS IS A FALSE>>30cc Jar 10ml Bottle In the picture I've attached the bottle is on the left 30cc, the one on top is the correct 10ml. I ordered 2 x 30cc and got 2 x 10ml. Not cool. Is the product good? YES SIR. However; do not edit with markers. It is best used like white gouache or Chinese white for painting on dry materials. [Watercolor, marker, acrylic] This paint does not dry out, is waterproof. I…

True opaque white color great for highlighting

I love how opaque it is. I tried several different shades of white to go through my copies before settling on the signature copy and none of them had the same white opacity as this one and I love that I can easily go back to darker copies. It's also great for watercolors as it dissolves in water and there's a lot of product in that little tub. Now I carry it with me everywhere. It's a bit thick in the tube, but I usually mix it with some water to make it more ink-like, which I then apply to my…

Jar of Copic Opaque White Pigment

Copic White Pigment. Just unbelievable. With a thin brush I can make my stamping and coloring mistakes disappear on the paper. I didn't find any white paper (I have tons of white in different colors when stamped, it doesn't take long for white to come out and each company has a different color) but this stuff mixed with any white. I moved out. I also use it with a toothpick to detail dark colors or add texture to my curls and trunks, then apply chalk or a Copic marker to achieve the perfect…
